Happy Friday Friends,
Feel like the weekly blog on a Friday could be a cadence I can get into, it's typically a good day to reflect on the week that has been.
Last NeuroFit session today which was awesome! Strong end to the program and something I'd recommend taking a look at, super practical and valuable content.

What Have I learned:
Doing The "One Thing"
This the simplest yet most powerful productivity "Hack" I've come across.
We've all got to do lists and noise in our life.
Amongst those many items, there's usually one task that sticks out. The one thing that if you complete it, you'll either move forward, learn, win or create momentum that's SIGNIFICANTLY more meaningful than everything else on the list.
This is the thing to do. Trust me, it's not easy. But it's the key to making momentum occur. I've been sticking to this recently, missing the occasional day if I'm honest but generally speaking. Sticking to this commitment to doing that one thing, that hard thing, that tough thing, that thing you would / could and often have procrastinated on.
I challenge you to do this strategy for the next 7 days and let me know how you go. I'd almost guarantee you'll benefit from it.
