Happy New Year!

It's been a few weeks, let me fill you in on what's been happening...

Spent a few hours in hospital late last year which threw me off BIG TIME!

Highlights from the last few weeks:

What Have I learned:

Distillation of Growth

This is a question or a method I often use in Coaching Sessions but was reinforced while listening to a Hormozi podcast over Christmas.

The premise is simple:

What would need to happen in order to get where you want to go? Or what would need to be true?

Eg if you want to increase business revenue this year, what would you need to do or what would need to happen?

So before making more sales or transacting more, you'd like need more leads or more sales conversations. To get those you'd need to generate enough attention which could come from a variety of sources but the point is that we're often prone to getting in the way of the thing that matters and making it more confusing than it needs to be.

One of my goals this year is to massively increase revenue (about 4x on last year). I'm tackling this by focusing on delivering a great product and service to ALT. clients and then tracking the number of conversations had with prospective clients.

There's some implementations from the StoryBrand book to be done also around the creation of a lead magnet and an automated email nurturing sequence but at the core the most important thing is ramping up the number of conversations and converting attention into business.

What I'm NOT going to do, is get caught up in what tracking system to use, what CRM to use, what email automation to use, how to optimise etc etc etc it's so easy to get pulled away from "doing the thing".

So to conclude. Have that hard chat with yourself or with someone you trust. Get clear on what you actually need to be doing, simplify it, take action and turn that action into a habit so it get's done without thinking and with straying off course.
