How good was the weather yesterday vs today?! Wow!
I used Keynote over the weekend to produce a slide show to use when presenting my coaching offer. It BLEW my mind. Great software if you've got a Mac computer.

What Have I learned:
Sales is key in years 0-3
Without any data, this is a theory only, my belief is that the difference between operators that dominate and those that slowly creep along growth wise in years 0-3 comes down to the effort, focus and work put in on the sales front.
It's prompted me to look at my own sales process and to develop a system vs winging it ad hoc. I'm a firm believer in a combination of systems and just doing the work. That's why programs like 75hard work well for me, there's guidelines in place as well as some flexibility to adapt.
I find when I'm trying to explain / present information a basic slide show is helpful. Depending on the learning and communication style of who you're talking to having a visual aid to refer to and for them to consume is helpful.
It feels like the universe has provided several signs over the last week:
Podcast with Justin, a king of sales in my opinion, out first week of November.
James and Michael running into the wolf of wall street in Bali aka Jordan Balfour.
Hormozi podcast on getting jacked and how it relates to business, aka consistent sales / outreach over a long period of time.
In summary: My belief is that if you want to faster than average growth and to stay around in business, you've got to have a sales mindset. Watch this space next week for what i commit to personally.
