Some big exciting changes coming Jan 1st with the 3rd Season of the podcast. I'm looking forward to this. They'll be some improvements to the quality and structure from a production standpoint. Between now and then keep an eye out for more professionally produced episodes.

What Have I learned:
Prioritising what actually matters
I was listening to the Second Mountain book that I posted about last week and it talked about how we often aim for the things we think we matter like money and material possessions and neglect those things actually matter, for example our health and relationships with those that matter.
Such an illogical thing to do but a trap that we can find ourselves in.
So a reminder, think about what actually matters.
