Happy Wednesday,
Good to see most back into the swing of things work wise!
I'm feeling about 80-90% back to normal health wise which I'm very grateful for.
The year has started off work wise and it feels like the momentum is starting to build, clients are winning, sales are being made, podcasts are getting booked and the theory of who you spend time with is who you become continues to stand true.
I think once school returns the year will truly begin to start at 100% but for now, I'm happy.
Stress is the topic of today's learning, more below.

What Have I learned:
Stress = Unmade Decisions
I believe credit belongs to Alex Hormozi for this one. Reminded to me by Scott Gregan.
I've been reflecting a lot on stress lately, particularly over the last 3 weeks since this vertigo kicked in. One theory is that it's triggered by stress.
If you think about what's stressing you out currently. It's often either decisions you haven't made, things that you're uncertain of or things that you're not doing but known you should.
It's worth pausing on for a moment.
I think it's easy for accumulation to happen. Eg, you don't make a small decision, that quickly leads to 2 to 3 to 4. You're then reinforcing that behaviour which of course creates a trend and a set of negative habits. It then becomes overwhelming and you're in a state of constant stress.
A few analogies come to mind but the climbing a mountain by taking the first step is a good one. You don't necessarily need to know the exact route you're going to take but you can always take a small step, get some momentum and get started.
Managing stress more effectively is near the top of my list this year. I'd be keen to hear whats worked well for you?
