It's been an interesting week of meeting some new people as well as getting to know some existing connections better.
While my Q3 Health challenge is officially over now I do need to keep on the wagon so to speak. However, after last week, doing some social events and connecting with people outside of the office struck me as an incredibly valuable way of strengthening relationships / an accelerated way of getting to know people.
I know it doesn't need to involve alcohol and or high calories, it just seems to be a correction.
As we roll into the festive season, I'm sure the events schedule will start to fill up. My encouragement is to absolutely lean into the opportunities as they present themselves.
Have some fun, be adventurous, do some travel outside of your home town.
As we expand the ALT. presence beyond Christchurch I'm excited for more travel, more experiences and more connections.
